Important Notice on Subsurface Geological Variance

Groundwater hydrology varies significantly even between adjacent property parcels. Median depths and static water tables represent statistical neighborhood benchmarks and do not constitute a site-specific guarantee of water yield or quality.

1. Sources of Data

Well logs, static water levels, and aquifer boundaries are derived from the US Geological Survey (USGS) National Water Information System (NWIS) and state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) registries. While we regularly verify and normalize our database, records can reflect historical drought or seasonal fluctuations.

2. Mandatory Local Verification

Before initiating borehole drilling, property owners must consult with a licensed and bonded water well drilling contractor to verify local permitting fees, sanitary setbacks (e.g., 100 ft from septic drainfields), and potential underground utility easements via 811 Call Before You Dig.
